Order

• How do I place an order?

Simply take a screenshot of the item(s), WhatsApp to Hazel @ +65 9478 0170

Alternatively, order through the website with our 4 easy steps. On the page of the item that you would like to purchase, click on “Add to Cart”. Once you arrived at “Your Cart” page, check your items, indicate special request or greeting message (if there’s any). Stroll to the bottom, pick a Delivery Date and Time Slot. You may now proceed to check out.  

Complete your order by providing us with your Contact, Delivery Address (Shipping Address). 

Customisation Arrangement

Substitution

In the event of any supply difficulty due to seasonal differences or shipment delay, we may substitute floral choices with an alternate bloom of a similar style or texture, of equivalent (or greater) value and quality.

Rest assured the bouquet will look as beautiful as always.

Delivery

• What are the charges for delivery? 

We are happy to do deliver island wide at the rate of $15, except this following locations:  Jurong Island, Tuas, MBS, Penjuru, Army Camps, Airline Road , Marina Bay Sand, Sentosa and Restricted Area.

TheFlowerGarden.TFG reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the amount to the customer in the event of invalid delivery location.

For Self Collection

• Where do I pick up? 

Collection will be at Tai Seng Ave/Tai Seng MRT. We will send you the address upon order confirmation. 

• How do I opt for self pick up?

For Website Purchase: On the page of Shipping Method, select the option “Self Pickup @ Tai Seng Ave”. As for the date selected on the Calender, will be use as item(s) pick up date and time.
